Agadir – Chinese automotive components manufacturer Hangzhou Radical Energy-Saving Technology Co., Ltd. has completed the registration of its Moroccan subsidiary, paving the way for the company to establish an automotive bearing production facility in Tangier.
The company announced the registration of Radical Bearing Morocco SAS in a statement published on September 9.
“Recently, the Company received the relevant certificates confirming the completion of registration of its overseas subsidiaries,” the statement said.
According to the announcement, Radical Bearing Morocco has a registered capital of $1 million and operates as a simplified joint-stock company with a single shareholder.
The subsidiary is based at Plot No. 52 in the Tangier Free Zone, within Tangier Tech City.
Its business activities include the import and export of automotive components, procurement, sales and trading, as well as the research, development, production and sale of automotive bearings.
The company said it planned the investment to “meet demand in overseas markets and support its business expansion.”
To implement the project, Radical decided to establish a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore to serve as the investing entity for the Moroccan operation.
The company’s board of directors approved the plan on February 17, 2025, under a proposal to establish overseas companies through external investment.
According to the statement, the investment aims to establish “an automotive bearing production facility in Morocco.”
Radical also disclosed the registration details of its Singapore subsidiary, LDK Technology Pte. Ltd., which has a registered capital of 10,000 Singapore dollars.
The company registered the Singapore entity to support the investment structure for its overseas expansion, with the Moroccan subsidiary established under that arrangement.
