Zephyr Energy PLC (AIM:ZPHR, OTCQB:ZPHRF, FRA:VD5N) has begun the search for a new finance chief following the departure of Chris Eadie, who has stepped down after more than 11 years with the company.
Eadie resigned as Group Finance Director, Company Secretary and board director with effect from 9 October, although he will remain available to assist with the transition during his six-month notice period.
“I would like to thank Chris for his contributions to Zephyr and its predecessor companies over the last decade, and his insight and wise counsel have been important to the company’s success,” chief executive Colin Harrington said in a statement.
Chris Eadie added: “It has been an honour to have played a role in the transformation of Zephyr into the Company that it is today. Colin and the team have done a fantastic job in building the Company, and I take pride in having contributed to this success.”
The company has initiated an external recruitment process to identify a successor and said it would provide a further update when appropriate.
