“The program is geared toward youth who may be facing challenges related to peer pressure, behavioral issues, substance abuse, gun violence, or other factors that can place them at risk,” the CPSO stated. “Through education, discussion, and mentorship, teens will learn strategies for making responsible decisions, developing positive relationships, and avoiding behaviors that can lead to involvement in the criminal justice system.”
