If any of your PF related work is stuck or you are facing problems regarding any service of EPFO, then this news is for you. Today, on 28th September, Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) is organizing ‘Nidhi Aapke Nicht 2.0’ camp at the district level across the country. Here EPFO members can raise even the smallest of their problems related to PF or pension directly to the officials.
Let us tell you that ‘Nidhi Aapke Nicht 2.0’ is a monthly outreach program of EPFO. Under this, camps are organized in different districts, so that people do not have to depend only on the online process for problems related to PF, pension and EDLI. This time the camp is being held on 28 September 2026. Generally these camps are organized on 27th of every month. But due to 27th September being a holiday, this month the camp has been kept on the next working day i.e. 28th September.
Will talk directly to EPFO officials
EPFO members can directly talk to the officers in the camp. If you have any complaint related to PF account, pension related matter or any problem in understanding any service of EPFO, then you can express your views there.
According to EPFO, information about EPFO schemes and its benefits will also be given in the camp. It will also help in understanding the services and the processes related to them. Efforts will also be made to provide on-the-spot assistance to resolve your complaints.
Take with you the necessary documents for complaint
The objective of this camp is to listen to the complaints on the spot and wherever possible, resolve them on the spot. But it is not necessary that every matter will be resolved at the same time.
In such a situation, if you are going to the camp, it would be better to keep important documents related to your complaint, PF account information and records with you. With this, the officers will be able to understand your problem very easily and quickly. With this the work can be done in a jiffy.
How to find out where the camp is set up?
On behalf of the complaint, information about the locations of camps in different districts is released. To know the location of the camp in your district, you can contact the concerned PF office. Information related to the camp is also available on the complaint website. You can also get information related to this by calling helpline number 14470.
