Inspector’s notes: Observed no paper towels at the hand sink in the dishwashing area. Observed multiple food items stored/prepped in the facility for over 24 hours. Observed an employee actively prepping food with a bracelet on their wrist. Observed an employee actively prepping food with fingernails longer than the tip of their fingernails. Observed clean pans stored upright, with no overhead protection, on a shelf above the microwaves. Observed heavy food debris build up on equipment throughout the kitchen. Observed hot water at 77 degrees F in the men’s restroom, not reaching the minimum 85 degrees F. Observed clean pans stored upright, with no overhead protection, on a shelf above the microwaves. Observed heavy water and food debris on the floor in the Walk In Cooler. Observed an employee cellphone and keys stored atop the prep counter near the heat lamps.
