Further, Garg has alleged that within just 7 days of joining the board, Lewis forced Garg to resign from the post of CEO by taking the other board directors to his side. On August 3, Lewis himself took command of the company.

Vishal Garg preparing for legal battle
Vishal Garg is preparing for a legal battle after suddenly losing the CEO position. Garg is making every possible effort for his reinstatement in the company. He has contacted famous American lawyer Alex Spiro for this. Apart from this, they are also trying to get the support of major shareholders with special class-B voting rights. He also proposed to the board to work at an annual salary of just $1 ‘until the company becomes profitable’, but the company board rejected this proposal.
