Closures between Sept . 28 – Oct. 4
ORLANDO, Fla. – Last week, more than a dozen Central Florida eateries were forced to shut down (at least temporarily) after a visit from a health inspector, according to state records.
These records show the reported eateries experienced violations like rodent droppings, roaches, and storage issues.
Many of the Central Florida eateries forced to close down last week were allowed to reopen after meeting health standards.
However, five eateries — all located along Southwest College Road in Ocala — were told to close on Oct. 1 due to “unlicensed activity,” records state.
