The Town of Hamburg is reviewing concepts for potential development near Highmark Stadium.
Architectural design group Progressive Companies presented concepts Tuesday for a new area just beyond the old Highmark Stadium area, which includes green space, retails, housing and entertainment.

Documents show the goal of the concept is a mixed-use neighborhood that is sustainable even when the Buffalo Bills aren’t playing.
However, the goal is to not interfere with the game-day tailgating experience.
