Jarrett Doe joined Milbank LLP as a partner in its global project, energy and infrastructure finance group in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.
Doe advises clients on a range of financing transactions, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, asset-based finance and other structured credit transactions. His practice focuses on financial institutions and sponsors in connection with project financing and refinancing transactions, including construction financing, term financing, tax equity transactions, tax credit transfers and acquisition and divestiture transactions, as well as project development, the firm said.
