Futura Medical PLC (AIM:FUM, OTC:FAMDF, FRA:GYX), the consumer healthcare group behind Eroxon, has revised its formal sale timetable as finance director and chief operating officer Angela Hildreth prepares to step down from her executive roles.
The board now expects to invite interested parties to submit non-binding offers over the next four weeks, rather than the previously stated submission date of 2 October.
Futura reported strong interest since 3 September, although precise timing remains subject to the process and engagement with interested parties.
It cautioned that neither offers nor a completed transaction were certain.
Alongside the sale update, Futura outlined arrangements for Hildreth’s departure from her executive roles on 13 November 2026 to pursue other opportunities.
Following the handover, she will remain a non-executive director throughout the mergers and acquisitions process and the formal sale process.
To support those processes, Maddy Kennedy will start as interim chief financial officer on 12 October on a consultancy basis.
Futura has also appointed ESGovernance to provide outsourced company secretarial and governance support as Hildreth hands over her responsibilities.
