The fate of many villages of Delhi is about to change. Delhi government will survey land in 9 villages. Factories and warehouses will be built on the marked land. This will create hundreds of employment opportunities in the entire area. Thousands of people will get work. For this, the government has intensified preparations for land survey. At the same time, Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC) has also floated the tender.
According to DSIIDC, the government has selected 9 villages in South-West Delhi and Outer North District, where survey of about 13.3 acres of land will be conducted.
According to the tender issued by DSIIDC for this, survey of about 13.26 acres of land is to be done. Further, the process of handing over this land from the Industries Department to DSIIDC is proposed. These plots can be used to develop warehouse and flatted factory complexes.
In which 9 villages of Delhi will the land survey be conducted?
The land of 6 villages of South-West district and 3 villages of Outer North district has been selected for the survey. In these villages, the land of Raghopur, Dhansa, Ghalibpur, Badusarai and Tajpur Kalan is also under the scope of survey. The total land includes about 9.24 acres of land in the South-West district and about 4.02 acres of land in the outer North district.

What will be built on the land of 9 villages?
According to the tender document, these lands are proposed to be used to develop warehouse and flatted factory premises. In flatted factory premises, space is created for several industrial units on different floors of the same building or complex. This allows space for multiple units on limited land. This land is in the survey stage.
Only Rs 2.25 lakh will be spent on survey.
DSIIDC has fixed the estimated cost of Rs 2,24,932 for the survey. During the survey, the actual condition of the land will be assessed with the help of Total Station Laser equipment. In this process, along with the boundary and area of the land, information about the buildings, sheds, boundary walls, roads, trees, electric poles, drains and culverts present there will also be recorded.
Measurements of height and low level of different parts of the land will be taken. Based on this, detailed maps will be prepared. With this, information about the current condition of the land and the structures present on it will be available at one place.
The surveying agency will have to submit maps prepared on AutoCAD, survey report and other necessary documents. According to the tender, five copies of documents related to each site will have to be given. Necessary certification will also have to be taken from the concerned departments.

Agencies participating in the tender should have experience in such surveys, GST registration and other necessary documents. After completion of the survey, a clear record of the land boundaries and available area will be prepared.
This may help in the further process of handing over land from the Industries Department to DSIIDC and the proposed industrial development. At present this scheme is in the stage of land identification and survey. After the completion of the survey and further administrative process, the work of developing the factory and warehouse will proceed.
