Promotion on Instagram and Facebook has given businessmen a new medium to reach customers, while becoming a source of income and employment for the youth.
Young social media influencers are contacting businesses and creating reels on their products, establishments and offers. Attractive videos are made and circulated on social media platforms. Due to this, business information is reaching a large number of people in a short time.
Local resident Pranay Doval has been running the social media handle for about three years. He has around two lakh followers on Instagram and Facebook together. For the last one year, we have been earning income from promotions of shops and local businessmen. He says that after the promotion many shopkeepers have contacted again.
Local resident Akhil Sharma has been running the social media handle for about four years. He has around 90 thousand followers on Instagram and Facebook together. Have been earning income from this for the last two years. He has made more than 200 promotional reels on Facebook and Instagram.
