The Jubilee Pool was badly damaged in storms that hit the South West in January and February 2014.
The heritage fund said a community benefit society took over the lido’s management and launched the “innovative and sustainable” geothermal heating project.
Chief executive of the fund, Matthew Mckeague, said: “For 50 years, the AHF has worked alongside communities to give new life to historic buildings and to ensure that heritage remains at the heart of regeneration.”
