BEDFORD CO., Va. – The Bedford County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday that it had arrested a 27-year-old following an investigation into alleged online child sexual exploitation.
According to officials, investigators received a tip about Joshua Spickard regarding alleged online child sexual exploitation.
As a result of evidence obtained during the investigation, Spickard has been charged with the following:
Five (5) counts of 18.2-374.1:1, Knowingly possess child pornography.
